Residential Design Build
Initial Consultation
Our first priority is to understand our client’s goals! It is ideal to meet on site and speak with the homeowner to ensure that we are on the same page about the scope of work and potential project outcome. We can then understand the best way to approach the project, whether permitting will be required, and establish an approximate time frame for the work at hand.
Design Development
We develop comprehensive architectural drawings including Plans, Elevations, Sections and 3D renderings for use in visualization, estimation, construction and permitting applications. Our extensive experience in residential construction ensures that design drawings are drafted to builder’s specifications, resulting in less error and confusion during construction phases. During this part of the design process, materials and fixtures are selected as part of a design specification document.
Bidding/Estimation
Once a design is established, a firm bid is presented to provide a clear breakdown of the investment. Once the initial bid is prepared, any changes in the price will be provided in writing.
Construction/Installation
Our skilled craftsmen and tradespeople are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with the project. We will communicate directly through each phase of your the project, providing regular schedule and progress updates.
Warranty
True Line Builders will ensure any issues that arise within a year of the project completion date will be resolved to our customer’s satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.
