Staircase Addition and Deck Refinish
Our installers built a new staircase, connecting the upper story deck with the ground level patio, at this residence in Greeley, CO. We also reinforced and refinished the deck with additional joists and Trex planking, as well as installed steel handrails to create a second-story outdoor living room.

Custom Carport Addition
Fully integrated custom carport home addition in Longmont, CO. Structurally engineered for max snow loads and tied into the existing framing of the residence. Constructed on site with careful consideration of lot lines to maximize canopy size, and minimal disturbance of the existing rock driveway, surrounding boulders, and residence.

Sunroom Enclosure
True Line Builders renovated this patio cover in Timnath, CO to turn it into a fully-enclosed indoor/outdoor sunroom. Windows are EzeBreeze vinyl pane windows that are fully adjustable and can open all the way, turning the room into an indoor/outdoor living space.

Patio Cover Retrofit
Our installers built this patio cover to seamlessly match the existing roof lines and siding of the house. We constructed support columns, installed new siding and trim, and coordinated new gutters which were then painted to match the existing residence.

We constructed this deck and pergola in Loveland, CO over top of the existing concrete patio. Our goal was to extend the interior living space into a usable outdoor deck with a decorative overhead pergola.

Deck, Pergola & Privacy Screen
This deck, pergola and privacy screen were constructed to replace a weathered deck in order to refresh the backyard and provide a usable outdoor seating area with sun shade. The deck was finished with weatherproofing stain to ensure usability for years to come.
