Staircase Addition and Deck Refinish
Our installers built a new staircase, connecting the upper story deck with the ground level patio, at this residence in Greeley, CO. We also reinforced and refinished the deck with additional joists and Trex planking, as well as installed steel handrails to create a second-story outdoor living room.

Patio Cover Retrofit
Our installers built this patio cover to seamlessly match the existing roof lines and siding of the house. We constructed support columns, installed new siding and trim, and coordinated new gutters which were then painted to match the existing residence.

Deck and Pergola
We constructed this deck and pergola in Loveland, CO over top of the existing concrete patio. Our goal was to extend the interior living space into a usable outdoor deck with a decorative overhead pergola.

Deck, Pergola & Privacy Screen
This deck, pergola and privacy screen were constructed to replace a weathered deck in order to refresh the backyard and provide a usable outdoor seating area with sun shade. The deck was finished with weatherproofing stain to ensure usability for years to come.

Deck and Sunroom
We constructed this sunroom and deck to replace an existing deck. By attaching to the existing framing of the house, we were able to create a seamless transition from indoors to the sunroom, then outdoors on the uncovered deck with decorative hand rail.

New Composite Deck
Our installers built this composite deck over top of an existing concrete pad to extend the usable outdoor living space in this backyard in Windsor, Colorado. With access on two sides, this deck connects the upper and lower ‘exteriors’ of this residence.
