“Fast, amazing quality, excellent communication, absolutely perfect on pricing – we could not have asked for anything more. From demolition of the old detached garage then clear 3D auto cad designs and suggestions, through permitting and construction to final details like re-keying the new doors to match our old house keys Bill, Mike, Larry plus the sub-contractors they used for cement and roofing were all top craftsmen. Completely professional, honest, straightforward and trustworthy. The building site required working our old town alley and they took time and went out of their way to stay out of the way for our neighbors and maintain good relationships with them. We’re hiring them again in the spring for an addition to the main house and consider ourselves lucky to have finally found a company that works on a consistently high level.”

“Project: Carport addition to an existing home/garage. I had this carport addition designed as if it were an original part of the home when built. Wanted it to look like it had always been there. This presented some difficult design/construction challenges so I was concerned about getting a competent experienced contractor for the project. Existing roof was extended. One side of the carport followed my property line, which isn’t parallel to the existing home, so this makes for some roof angles that aren’t square that need to be dealt with from framing to final finish. I’d spoke with several contractors over a few years and waited until I found one that I though was qualified. Professional: True Line Builders were professional in their business dealings and communications with me, architect, engineers and city planning office from start to finish of my project. Contract/bid procedure details were clear. Project billing details and paymet expectations were clear and concise making for no surprises or issues for the money part on either contractor or home owner’s perspective. Punctual: Always showed up when they said and completed work that was planned. Communication: Clear and frequent contact on scheduled work and details as the project progressed; proactive at resolving any questions/issues/details at each stage. Site clean: Kept work site organized and always cleaned up the site at the end of each work day. Special care was taken to not disturb/disrupt existing or surrounding areas. Quality/detail: Can’t say enough good stuff here. Great attention and careful planning was done up front for all underlining structural detail, which isn’t visible in the finished project but is critical to having the final project’s appearance turn out so well. Final external roofing, trim/finish work is top notch. These guys do top quality work, take pride in their work, and the final project shows this. Me and my wife couldn’t be more pleased with our carport addition and hope to work with them again on future projects. Highly recommend True Line Builders for home projects; can’t think of a single negative comment.”

“Bill and his associates were all very pleasant and easy to work with during the project. Work was done on time and with no fuss. When the soap ledge for the shower was not sent from the tile supplier, Bill was right on it. In fact the custom built soap ledge he made was better than the original that I had picked out. I had estimates from 3 other contractors and Bill was very competitive. The end result was AWESOME! Went beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend Bill and his crew. I plan on using them in the future for a basement remodel.”

“I hired True Line Builders after getting estimates from 4 different companies. I felt comfortable with Bill from the start. He and his crew were so easy to work with. They transformed a dated shower insert into a spacious tiled shower, having to push back an empty wall 16″. IT LOOKS AMAZING. (I wish I could add a before and after photo!) Also had the floor retiled. Robert, who did the tile work for True Line, was meticulous. And Alonzo, dry wall, is an artist. Even the plumber was quick and personable. Ram Glass did a super job installing the frame-less shower door and panel. The job did go over the original estimate by quite a bit. This was due, in part, to the tile I chose. With that being said, I couldn’t be happier.”

Bill was patient and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. Mike and crew were respectful in their treatment of our property and time, and completed the project well ahead of schedule, taking only 6 weeks from the start of work to the completion. Not only are we very pleased with the quality of their work, but we are impressed by the high level of customer service provided by Mike and Bill. For example, there was an issue with our cable and Bill came over late in the evening to fix it. Mike shoveled snow (and even helped the neighbors). In our experience, True Line provides fantastic customer service and quality work. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future for other projects.”

“I hired True Line Builders LLC to finish my unfinished basement. The quality and timeliness of the work was excellent. The owner, Bill, gave detailed walkthroughs before, during, and after. He was very professional, courteous, and technically sound. The customer service was excellent as Bill and company were very responsive to e-mail and calls and thorough with their contracts and work. On top of all this, got quotes from a few other companies and True Line came in at that best price and value. One unique situation is that I sub-contracted True LIne to do a partial finish (framing, electrical, mechanical, drywall) so that I could be my own primary contractor and do the finishing carpentry, doors/windows, cabinetry, paint. True Line was very helpful throughout the process and setup excellent pre and post consulting. Since this was true standard, coded, work I can say with true apples to apples comparison True Line came in at the best value compared to other contractors. True Line Builders LLC is awesome!”

The quality of the work was excellent, and has received rave reviews from friends, family, and neighbors. Given the nature of this project, they were extremely thorough in the design, estimating, and communicated superbly throughout the project. During the build, Michael and the team were punctual, professional, and cleaned the worksite each day. The quality of the work was second to none, and the team paid equal attention to the small details and the large. Our new patio cover is fabulous! I have waited many years for this addition and am so proud of my husband for “discovering” you guys in our daughter’s neighborhood and took the lead on getting it done. He has been a bit hesitant over the years with my idea to cover the patio, fearing that it would impinge on our view to the lake. Your perfect and beautiful design really was a home run on all counts; our view is as good as ever and actually seems enhanced since the wood and the roof pitch kind of frame it all. And, we’ll still get so much natural light in to the kitchen while not getting blasted by direct sunlight. We can enjoy our patio without getting baked, I feel like we have a new room on our house. We are happy campers. You really know what you are doing and we were so impressed with your crew, very sweet guys and kept such a clean work site. We just couldn’t have imagined how great all of this would be, from start. Through the process, to a very happy ending. Yay! We love positive experiences! Oh, and thanks for the sand box cover! That sure solves some issues! And very sweet and thoughtful. Very! It feels so great to know that there are terrific contractors working in our neighborhood and I can just bet that we will see you all again for possible future projects. These guys are fast…I mean FAST and they are good. They clean up and take trash everyday as well. I have been in many situations where there is always something to do after the contractor leaves and this is not the case here. Conscientious!!

Bill is very personable and seems quite honest & open when discussing what needs to be done and what the cost will be. Bill was so great to work with. My first ever home remodel and he was patient, informative and helpful in making decisions and keeping within my budget. True Line showed excellent skills and knowledge on the framing of an elevator lift for my handicapped son. This was without the proper or complete drawing set that should have been provided by the lift company. I hired Bill and True Line Builders to do repairs to our barn. We got hit by a pretty bad storm that blew our barn doors right off and took the track down with it. We also had several windows that needed repair. Bill is professional and friendly but most importantly HONEST. His work is of utmost quality and I would and have recommended him often. In fact, I just hired him to do a bunch of repairs on our rental home and trust him completely to finish on time and on budget! He is the best!
